All your assigned tickets will show in your Workfeed.
Tickets are intended to track all your customer support requests. You can keep track of all of your MSP’s new tickets and overdue tickets in the Dashbar.
Use the following steps to create a ticket:
1. Open your Zest app
2. On the Zest dashboard click the create button
3. Select ‘ticket’ from the dropdown menu
4. Fill in all relevant information
5. Watch it appear in your workfeed.
