Creating a project in Zest allows you to keep track of all the major tasks that happen over time.

For example, new customer onboarding, installing new server hardware and refreshing the OS, and cloud migration are all examples of projects you might create.

Use the following steps to create a project:
1. Open the Zest app
2. On the Zest dashboard click the create button

3. Select ‘project’ from the dropdown menu
4. Fill in all relevant information

5. Create phases and tasks within your project

6. Monitor the project deliverables and phases so your whole team stays aligned.
