Zest's founder reads every application and picks five. It is a judgement call, not a scoring model. Every applicant gets a decision and a specific reason, whichever way it goes.

What's the catch at month 13?

You pay $79 a seat, our published list price. There is no auto-renewal, minimum term, or export fee. We start that conversation in month nine, not month twelve.

Do you own our data, or use it to train something?

No. Your tickets, time entries, clients, and agreements are yours and exportable. Recipients use the same terms as paying customers, not a modified free-tier agreement.
