How long is the trial and do I need a credit card?
Fourteen days, and no card. No contract, and no obligation to talk to anyone.
Is this the full product?
Yes. Everything on the pricing page is switched on for the fourteen days, including the Dashbar, urgency scoring, the workfeed, time tracking and the integrations.
Do I have to migrate off my current PSA first?
No. Point one mailbox or one client's tickets at Zest and run the two side by side on real work. Migration is a conversation for after you decide.
Will it connect to my RMM?
Two-way sync with NinjaOne and Level for agents, devices, alerts and patch status, creating tickets from alerts and closing them back. Documentation from Hudu and IT Glue lands in the ticket view. Time and agreements export to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
If you decide to move from a trial to purchase your data will transfer seamlessly. If you'd like to keep your trial data active while you make a decision we will keep it available to you. If you would like to have your trial data completely removed that is also an option.
