It can track time spent on tickets, tasks, and projects. Zest also automatically creates timesheets and entries

You will be automatically prompted to create a time entry when you finish working on a ticket.

Note: You can view your timesheet by navigating to ‘timesheet’ on the Zest app sidebar

You can review and export time entry information on the “Time Entries” screen.
